Proje Risk Yönetimi
The objective of the Project Risk Management Course is to provide participants with basic information on the purpose, methods and applications of the discipline of risk management, which is a systematic approach to identifying, classifying, evaluating and minimising the risks that may occur throughout the life cycle of a system, product or service.
In particular, the training provides information on the project risk management process, which enables the identification, analysis, classification, prioritisation, mitigation and monitoring of risks that may arise during the life cycle of a project.
