In this training, our participants learned about how to improve processes and apply them using digital tools with the CM2 methodology. They reviewed their need to enhance the product management infrastructure with CM2.

The training, which consisted of 9 modules and provided a brief summary of the key points in CM2, was conducted with the active participation of Kale R&D members and was highly productive.
