The CM2-15 Operational Excellence training, which we started with Kale R&D managers on December 16-17, 2022, was repeated with a new team on January 13-14, 2023.

In this training, like the first one, our participants learned about improving processes, using digital tools for implementing processes, and effectively managing information, resources, communication, and processes across the organization.

In the training, we highlighted the importance of not neglecting the size of corrective actions and the measurement of corrective resource costs is essential.

In the training, we talked about Digital Mesh and Digital Twin concepts. We also discussed how to use the CM2 Methodology to develop excellent products and achieve success for the company, emphasizing important decision points.
