On December 22-23, 2023, a “Product Development Process Workshop” was conducted with Kale Arge.
As a Center of Excellence for small- to medium-sized turbine engines, Kale Arge’s product development process stages, including inputs, activities, outputs, and reviews between stages, were thoroughly defined with the active participation of the employees involved in the process.
Tasks were established to ensure the process remains efficient and functional, using best practices and industry standards as references.
We extend our thanks to the company’s employees for their dedication throughout the workshop. Their collaboration and participation in this successful workshop allowed us to define the steps of the process clearly, accurately, and comprehensibly.
