On November 29-30, 2023, a gap analysis was conducted at Mitrona Electronics and Software Technologies Inc. using Sempro Consulting & Engineering’s Corporate Transformation Model's Evaluation and Prioritization Module.

With active participation from the company’s employees, requirements for aligning Mitrona's current processes, a prominent defense industry provider of software and hardware products, with best practices were identified in detail.

Tasks related to areas needing improvement were defined, and a roadmap was established.
