On February 13, 2024, the Service and Product Support Deputy General Management department of Turkish Engine Industries Inc. (TEI) was visited, and information was provided regarding Sempro’s consultancy services on business processes.
Additionally, the meeting included discussions on the responsibilities of the departments under the Deputy General Management, as well as insights into their business processes and interfaces with other processes.
Potential areas where Sempro could provide support in product development, production, and product support processes were explored, along with ways to enhance coordination and collaboration among units and ensure standardization in practices. A draft work plan was created within this scope.
