On November 29th, we had the opportunity to visit TEI and observe firsthand the improvements and digitalization efforts implemented in their processes by the Product and Configuration Management Department using the CM2 methodology.

The mutual exchange of knowledge during the visit and addressing the questions from the team was a valuable experience for us.
