Semiha Yaşar
Semiha Yaşar is the founder of Sempro Consultancy and Engineering and trainer of CM2 modules and a consultant to define all processes that set up products and services and the necessary infrastructures for them.
She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in 1983 and completed her master’s degree in the same department. She began his career as a design engineer at Aselsan and continued between 1987 and 1990 as an advisor to the Ministry in the fields of Science and Technology. From 1990 to 2015, she served at FNSS Defense Systems Inc., a joint venture between Nurol Holding and BAE Systems, where she held the roles of Design Chief, R&D Manager, and Director of Development Programs over 25 years. In this role, she established and managed the R&D Center, leading the product development processes and designs of FNSS’s armored wheeled and tracked vehicles. In 2015, she left FNSS and founded his own consultancy company, SEMPRO. In addition to her consultancy services with SEMPRO, she served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Defense at BMC Automotive Inc. between March 2016 and January 2018. From 2018 to 2020, she was an independent board member at Kordsa Inc.
Ayşe Temiz
Ayşe Temiz, is product development processes and systems engineering consultant within the structure of Sempro. She is also instructor of Systems Engineering and Process Management trainings.
She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Aerospace Engineering, in 1990. From 1991 to 2021, she worked at TUSAŞ (Turkish Aerospace Industries), serving in the production, design, and technology management units. In the production unit, she held roles such as systems specialist, production specialist, and assembly lead for wings and aft fuselage within the CN235 Assembly and Field Operations department. Upon completion of the aft fuselage production, she transitioned to the design and engineering department, where she worked on structural design, system safety, certification, and design quality for projects including YARASA, ZİU, and A400M. During this time, she played an active role in establishing processes and procedures to ensure the company’s design organization complied with international standards.
Between 2007 and 2014, he was part of the integrated product teams for the Anka, Hürkuş, Erciyes, and T38 projects within the Aircraft Group Presidency, where she also contributed to technology and knowledge management initiatives as the Chief of Product Integrity and Special Engineering. She was part of the team responsible for developing and implementing a product-focused technology management methodology during the conceptual design phase of the MMU Project.
From 2014 to 2017, Ayşe Temiz served as the Chief of Technology Competence Management, and until 2021, she continued her role as the Technology Management Director in the R&D Directorate.
Her main areas of expertise are Systems Engineering, Product Development Processes, Process Analysis and Modelling, Technology Management, Intellectual Property Management, University-Industry and Industry-Industry Collaborations, Innovation Management, Innovative Problem-Solving Techniques, Specialty Engineering, Airworthiness and Certification, Design Organization Approval (DOA), Design Quality Assurance, Structural Design, Aircraft Component Manufacturing.
Efe Gürman
Efe Gürman is Sempro’s PLM training trainer and consultant. He has CM2-P certification.
Efe Gürman, who has more than 12 years of experience in PLM, act as associated partner role in the European Parliament ERASMUS+ project “RAPROMISE”, “Product Lifecycle Management in Europe” which is managed by Ege University Product Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence and supported by Fraunhofer IAO, Kaiserslautern University, Vienna Technical University, Vestel and CMS partnerships. He continues to work with Ege University's Product Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence and gives seminar courses to PLM graduate students.
Efe Gürman, who received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Celal Bayar University in 2002 and his master's degree in Izmir Institute of Technology Engineering Management in 2005, continues his Phd studies on PLM and digital transformation at Ege University, Department of Business Administration.
Throughout his professional life, he has worked in companies such as BMC, OTOKAR, CMS in the roles of quality engineer, R&D engineer, project manager and product development manager. Efe Gürman has been working as a PLM consultant in his own business since 2016.
The main subjects of study are PLM deployment and business consultancy, PLM, ERP, MES, IIoT integration consultancy.
Hande Kayalı
Hande Diler KAYALI is an Agile Project Management trainer and consultant within the structure of Sempro Consultancy and Engineering. She has CM2-C, ICP-Agile Certified Coach, ICC-Agile Team Facility, Scrum.org-Professional Agile Leadership (PAL)I, Erickson College International-Professional Coach, NLPAT-NLP Practitioner certificates.
Her main areas of work include agile philosophy, value-oriented team agility, agile project/product management, adaptation of agile frameworks according to context, SCRUM framework, PMI- Disciplined AGILE, value-oriented planning, and prioritization of requirements.
Belkıs Teksöz
Belkıs Teksöz is a Project Management trainer and consultant at Sempro Consultancy and Engineering. She is a Program Management Professional (PgMP) accredited by the leading global organization PMI (Project Management Institute) in the field of project management and owned by only four people in Turkey. At the same time, she is the consultant and trainer of REFA Association, which is Germany's leading organization in the field of Business Design, Business Organization and Development.
She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in 1995. At MIKES A.Ş., she specialized in managing high-budget, multi-partner national and international technological defense programs as a Program Manager within the Program Management Office. Between 2008 and 2012, she provided consultancy in proposal management, contract management, and procurement management for RMK Marine, a company within the Koç Group.
Her main areas of work include corporate project management, corporate organizational structuring, performance management, process analysis and process improvement / regulation, efficiency and resource optimization.
Ceren Kaplan
She is an SAE EIA-649 Configuration Management Standard trainer and consultant at Sempro Consulting and Engineering. He holds CM2 Professional and Knowledge Manager certifications.
She graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Department of Industrial Engineering, in 2010. In the same year, she began working as a Production Planning Engineer at a local defense industry company. In 2014, she transferred to the Configuration and Data Management Unit, where she continues to serve as the Configuration and Data Management Unit Manager.
Her main areas of expertise include configuration management, particularly change management, as well as the analysis and improvement of operational processes.
