On November 29th, we had the opportunity to visit TEI and observe firsthand the improvements and digitalization efforts implemented in their processes by the Product and Configuration Management Department using the CM2 methodology. The mutual exchange of knowledge during the visit and addressing the questions from the team was a valuable experience for us. On December 22-23, 2023, a “Product Development Process Workshop” was conducted with Kale Arge. As a Center of Excellence for small- to medium-sized turbine engines, Kale Arge’s product development process stages, including inputs, activities, outputs, and reviews between stages, were thoroughly defined with the active participation of the employees involved in the process.
